Last time I posted a focaccia a few of the comments were talking about uneven toppings. I decided to go the opposite way and make it extremely geometrical. The [recipe](https://youtu.be/NGnMrM9qDtE) is the same as last time. A couple of details. I cut by hand 316 triangles of tomato, onion, garlic and black olive, it was much more time consuming than I expected. If my calculations are correct the topping coverage is about ~25% so there is lots of tasty crust. The tiling pattern is 3,6,3,6. I just wanted a pattern that would look nice and wouldn’t require too many toppings and complex shapes. [Here](https://imgur.com/a/ZJULMZR) is the image before baking it. In case you want to see my previous focaccia this is the [post.](https://www.reddit.com/r/food/comments/pco4y9/homemade_focaccia_garden/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf)
