Everybody wants a recipe but I can tell you it's probably this: Sautee some chicken and mushrooms. Remove chicken and mushrooms from pan, deglaze with white wine. Add a pat of butter and some minced garlic. Add some heavy cream and grate in some parmigiana reggiano. Plate up some noodles, throw on the chicken breast or thigh, cover with the pan sauce, top off with the mushrooms and some black pepper. Voila, that's most likely how it was made.
