Some tips I picked up for cooking this at home: Add a little butter to the outside of the naan before you cook it. 200g unwashed basmati rice and 300ml water. Bring to the boil then cook covered on the lowest heat for 12 minutes. Take it off the heat and let it steam for 10 minutes. Don't open the lid or stir. It will be perfect.
