Or you could say I put too many toppings on it. 3rd photo with the cross section you'll see, that white stuff is all cheese. Crust is barley visible.
How much ever yeast you are using, use x2 Diastatic Malt to help with browning.
In a home oven , browning is helped greatly with the addition of sugar. 1.5 -2% is all you'll need.
