"I made the rookie mistake of not checking the reviews before we ventured into this so-called restaurant... It looked quite promising and we ordered 3 plates of pasta (penne al'Arrabiata, penne Bolognese and penne Napoli (for some reason pasta with pomodoro sauce was not on the menu, only outside on the window, so the waiter didn't get it when we wanted to order pasta pomodoro, hence the one with Napoli sauce the drinks we wanted, were not available, so we didn't order any drinks, which at the end was the best decision we ever made. After we ordered the in our opinion straightforward pasta dishes, one of my sons needed to use the restroom and it was absolutely filthy. Then, while waiting, I noticed there was Wi-fi, but when I asked the waitress for the password, she informed me that there is no (free Wi-fi for customers. Quite strange in my opinion, especially as nowadays it is quite common to have internet available. When we were already waiting for more than 20 minutes, a couple came in, with the husband ordering a pizza and a coke, as his wife was not eating. The waiter then told him it is quite rude to only order for himself, upon which a small quarrel erupted, as apparently his wife couldn't eat due to health/personal reasons. In my view both the waiter and waitress clearly lack adequate customer service skills. On top, when we had already been waiting for about 45 minutes, we noticed that people, who arrived 10 minutes after us, got served before us, after which the waiter decided to go for a cigarette break. When he came back inside and we asked our him when our dishes would be ready, he didn't even bother to check with the kitchen (staff , but told us it would be ready any time now. Unfortunately too little, too late, as we had been waiting for almost an hour and decided to cut our losses and leave. The waiter followed us telling us we still had to pay, after which he called his boss, who ran after us, aggressively pulling my backpack telling us we had to pay for our drinks, which we never ordered. We told him that we waited way too long for 3 simple pasta dishes, after which he blamed us, because we changed the dishes from spaghetti to penne (as penne was easier to eat for 6 year olds! . Once he found out we didn't order any drinks, he didn't insist on any further payment, but not before swearing at me, calling me an hole! The worst restaurant experience ever!!!"
