"Was mir gefiel: Der Gruß aus der Küche (reichlich Brot und zweierlei Kräutercreme) , Flaschenkühler, eine Warmhalteeinrichtung, vorgewärmte Teller, Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen, der Chef ( der auch vor kurzzeitiger Kleinkindbetreuung nicht zurückschreckt). Und was gefiel mir nicht? Der Geschmack, die Darreichung und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unserer Diplomatenplatte. Das Fleisch war trocken und zu lange auf dem Grill, die Zitronenscheiben nicht frisch, die Pommes weich, die Sauce wäre besser in der Conveniencetüte geblieben, der Beilagensalat war lieb- und einfallslos. Djuvecreis und das gemischte Gemüse gingen sosolala. Was kann man besser machen? Ein wenig Salatdeko und Tomatenröschen wirken auf einer Platte nett und sehen nach mehr aus. Kräuterbutter, Ajvar und ein Zwiebelrelish stören da auch nicht und verleiten überzeugte Gäste gerne, wiederzukommen. Übrigens: Der Wettbewerb spendiert mitunter bei großer Zeche einen Slibowitz oder ein Gläschen Julischka. Auch ein überraschender Mini-Nachtisch in Esslöffelgröße kann der Anfang einer langen Kundenbeziehung sein."

"General We found an article about a family circus, which is hosting in Cologne, in the newspaper. So we wanted to surprise our grandchildren. We planned the arrival with public transport (Bus, S Bahn, tram and therefore worked quite well. Before the performance, we wanted to take a bite to strengthen us. So what was close and opened at lunch? Three locals were generally eligible! The “Golden Pflug” a long time ago is a three star – today is a brewhouse. For fun, I would have reserved seats. But the place only opened in the afternoon. There remained a “Balkan House” and a “Greek Taverne”. Both had also opened and also a small map at noon. At the end we went to the “Kaneo” because it was especially close to the stop. Ambiente The house has a small covered outdoor area and two areas inside. The equipment is equipped with lots of wood and brown shades prevail. The tables are bright and equipped with small ceilings. Decoration is economical. It seemed inviting and neat to me. Cleanliness Everything was well maintained. The toilets were in the basement and were only reached by a few steps. Service The two (visible powers seemed friendly and attentive. The young woman served more (only and the young man was allowed to cash. Regularly after us was looked – but completely intrusive and sympathetic. The map(s) The offer is wide: from soups and appetizers, grilled dishes, steak card and international classics, the proposals are getting started. There were three sauces available. Balkan liver (10.50 € The liver pieces were also “panned” with herbs. The pieces were of pig and something to fried through. But not as “worry” as the Cevapcici held. The other supplements (rice and salad were of course well made as with the other plate.
