"When they first look at the place, they assume it must be a tourist trap. in the did they get big pizza here and if they are on a budget, order the big and share them between three to four people. a few repetitions call bad service. I never had this, but one could be that they have a series of Italian employees who don't speak English or German. they get pretty insecure if they don't know what they want, maybe that's as rude. I'm being treated very kindly so I didn't have any problems. when they're in the center, it's one of the best choices."
