"If you didn 't know, Cupbop was founded in Utah, so eating here means you 're enjoying some Utah culture (I 'm pretty sure that 's how it works). I recommend the ugly bop and kko kko bop. The mandoo bop (and mandoo on its own) is fine, but not as good by comparison. I go with a 4 for my spice level because it 's flavorful but not actually spicy. The 5 is the entry for where you 'll actually feel something, but it 's minor. If you like spice, go above a 5. I have nothing crazy to share about the service. The employees have been friendly and helpful every visit. No wow factor, but I haven 't had any negative experiences either. There have been times where the food is at 5-star levels, but it 's most often a 4 (which I have no complaints over). I 'll continue to come back here to get my fill of Korean BBQ."
