"That was my first visit to my husband and we were very disappointed. The food was absolutely disgusting. How do you serve overcooked unseasonal food? There was nothing literally spiced. Now I understand why the guy who grabs our plates laughed all the time, he knew that the food was also disgusting. The Mac cheeses were overcooked, soggy and unseasonal. The bread of the fish had fallen super thick every time I tried to untamed and the fish itself had a clear color as it grew up and not wildly caught. The greens were dry and unseasonal and one of the workers hyped it up like it was one of the favorites in it. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I'm very disappointed. May I suggest cooking with love as if you were serving your family. Use spices on all foods. When you enter a customer say it is for the first time in your business. Welcome them, lead them and don't just sit there as we can read your opinion."

"I went to this Arby’s last night (12/8/21) and I received food I wouldn’t feed a stray, starving animal. This was the worst excuse of “food” I’ve ever seen from anywhere. I ordered a chicken wrap that was soggy and falling apart from the amount of honey mustard that was put in it. There was 2 strips of old chicken and a little lettuce and honey mustard. I also got the 2 for $6 it was a roast beef and a chicken ranch. The roast beef was soaked in, what I assume is grease, which could not be eaten. The ranch chicken had an entire bottle of what I am guessing is ranch and the chicken broke my dogs tooth. The tomato’s looked like they were weeks old and smelled just as bad. I work hard for my money and this was like lighting $17 on fire. I have yet to reach the managers to get my money replaced as no one answers the phone. I am attaching pictures. I am not trying to be an over exaggerator, judge for yourself when seeing the pictures. It’s a shame that this is what that expensive fast food place is offering. A shame! UPDATE I contacted Arby’s corporate offices as the manager was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. I was I totally offered make it right cards but said I have the food to return and I have zero interest in eating here again. I was promised my money back and still ended up receiving “get it right” cards. I mean we are talking about less than $20. To this huge corporation. It has become the principal. They say reach out to them but when you try it’s dismissed. Hopefully no one gets ill from eating here because you’d be out of luck with them. I have submitted another request for my money back. See what happens. Oh and by the way it took me a month to even receive the cards in the mail."
