"Sushi burritos are great and they will tell them which sauces are vegan. but be careful with the militant when they are vegan. although they say that the milk is not luscious, the powder contains a little milk sugar. the fertilt should be good."

"The dining area was small. They can serve 16 people so reservations are essentially mandatory. Street parking is required but we didn't have any issues finding a spot.I found the service here to be first rate. They were friendly and efficient. They brought out new plates between courses. My party chose the chef's tasting at a very reasonable 65 dollars per person. The chef came out to personally present each dish and explain some of his techniques and ingredients. This was a very nice touch."

"Fantastic experience! I worked with Janine on planning a 50th anniversary party for my parents. Janine was extremely helpful with planning the event and amazing at providing prompt responses. This was all done remotely as I live in Buffalo. Equally as excellent was the dining, private room, and wait staff. Rebecca handled providing a 4-course meal for a party of 17 and numerous drink orders with ease. Everyone at the party was impressed and shared the same experiences. Avvino combined excellent service with delicious food at a fair price. Cocktails were made to perfection. I would highly recommend dining at Avvino or planning an event with Janine."

"I absolutely loved this this place!!! I always order the Ye Beg Wet and love the injera but I ask them to wrap it when I order from grubhub and it's so much better to me. I dined in one time and the atmosphere was great the service was excellent as well. I also tried the Ethiopian coffee and fell in love! The woman making the coffee came out and had it smoking for me while she was making it and it was a great surprise. I will definitely be back and smoke some hookah at the lounge area."

"Did my doubts when I went up and asked for a cheese steak with the works, and the cashier told me that, lettuce and tomatoes? She also listed things that would be in the sandwich that wasn't on the menu. I'm glad she did that so I didn't get anything I didn't want, but it's still frustrating that what was on the menu wasn't what the meal actually was. The food surprised me, it was better than I expected, fortunately they used actual cheese instead of cheese whisky."
