"So for the context, we had fallen on this restaurant in 2014 during our first trip to Corsica completely randomly. It had been a huge blow of heart. So it was a goal to go back this year! And it’s done! With always as much pleasure!!! Unique menu made home with Corsican charcuterie and cheese donut, then lasagna and veal stew, then Corsican cheese and dessert fruit. We get out of there completely repus and enjoy this way of eating "at the great mother". All in a small room that recalls the old time and with an exceptional service and typically Corsican. In short if you visit the Castagniccia valley stop you in Loreto di Casinca (the village is very pretty too and don't miss this restaurant!! Thank you again and very soon if we return to Corsica."
