"After spending almost the whole day at Metrobank, I needed something to keep me going. Gold 'n Pearl was the first one on the search list and the closest. I ordered their Hershey 's Dark Mocha Frappe. I like that I forgot to ask to make it less sweet but it was still served less sweet anyway. But I felt the coffee flavor was overwhelmed by the ice... there was just too much ice and less coffee. The whipped cream as well lacked hardness and flavor. In addition to the frappe, I tried their Blueberry Cheesecake. Though it was good, I still thought it wasn 't worth the price. The service was too small. It was whipped as I what I have observed, so they could have made the portions bigger since it 's air-filled anyway. They should also fix their tables. The one I used wobbled and I almost spilled everything on my table."

"They don't train their baristas. Or maybe they're just lazy. Tried both Bo's coffeeshops in Butuan, had passable coffee 1 time at the Robinson's mall but must have been lucky coz all other times undrinkable."

"Just because there are not too many choices, this pace is always disappointing ! Why? Well its a fast food change,jet the service is way too slow! min to place an order? Really...YES! And the Manager, well business as usual. They Do NOT CARE!...Since of the customers are Filipinos,who basically never complain, why would they understand about customer service? Never ever have I encountered continuous problems like in this place! NOTHING changes here.And how about telling or teaching Filipinos to take their trays and place them into the garbage,just like in most other countries. Why,because the staff does not,can not keep up with the people coming and wanting to sit down and eat! Just go across to Chow King and you get better chicken for less money,or KFC,which just opened about a month ago. Thanks"

"My friends and I came to this place to late lunch. we were surprised that her service was good for 5 people! we had a hard time to end our eating. Unfortunately, their employees need a thorough training in customer service. when we ordered for more drinks, we were told that their shutdown was 2pm (but we were not informed before). worse, they shut down the air conditioning system so we had to take our food out because we already sweated."
