"At one of our early visits here, we were admitted to their baking unit and had to first see how neat their products were made. more is our pit stop to breakfast or lunch, as the case can be, every time we are in kerala and travel from thrissur to collam or back. the breakfast and the lunch buffet always have good spread and are moderately priced. the personal is well-manned and does not float around unnecessarily so that they can enjoy their meal in peace. I was told that their food distribution is also good, but never went through the opposite in time to try. among their bakery varieties there are several must-tries. the washrooms are always clean, a prerequisite for the rides."

"Very bad experience. If you are an Indian Coffee House fan, never enter this one. You will hate all other ICH too. The dining area smells more like a toilet than a restaurant. It's very suffocating to be at the washing area. When it comes to quality of food, don't be surprised, it is the worst. Only Tea, Coffee and quick bites are good."
