"The resort is spread over a vast area and boasts a kid's play area, a spacious swimming pool, and an open area. The rooms are generously sized, featuring large bathrooms and balconies. However, during my stay, I encountered a few issues. The flush in my room wasn't working, and it took the staff a considerable amount of time to fix it. They did arrange a spare bathroom in the meantime. The bed was quite old, and the springs were broken, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The breakfast was average, but the north Indian dinner was delicious. Moreover, many of the amenities were closed due to maintenance, such as the bowling alley and the kid's play zone. While the resort has the potential to provide a great experience, it is essential to maintain it well."

"Pure Veg Restaurant serves mainly Punjabi food. Part of 2 restaurants of Hotel Kyriad by Citrus. The other is non veg and world cuisine. Haritam is also the hotel's base restaurant where the hotel serves breakfast buffet and South Indian Brekafast. Menu options up to 10:30. Eating is nice with very cheerful and smiling servers, but when I visited, there was a problem with acceptance of the credit card that was later corrected. It also has a CCD coffee machine for those who prefer coffee machine. Veg sheekh Kebab was delicious and so Veg Haritam was. However, they can improve the food preparation time. All in all a good experience."
