"Amazing little tea parlour with the most wonderful views. This place is a delight and I really enjoyed my experience from start to finish. "Saturday evening we had an amazing expectation the Hotel. 1st time eating here and it won’t be out last. From the splendid facade and gardens on arrival to the Maitr D greeting us, it was superb. The restaurant took you back in time, lovely striped wallpaper and huge paintings, the ceilings were huge a d chandeliers twinkly "

"On arrival they had lost the reservation and we were told to find an empty table and sit wherever we wanted, even though most of them were reserved. With the roast meals, the neaps and stuffing were cold, the roast carrot and swede were both raw and the burger had avacado on when we asked for it to be left off. The waitress didn’t come back after we mentioned these and there was no apology. The pl,ace has some great reviews but on this occasion we were disappointed."
