"We had our first takeaway from Maharanis last night. The food was excellent very tasty and hot. We were told it would take an hour to be delivered but was actually delivered well within that time. We will definitely be using them again."

"Unfortunately this is the only place near work so I have been in several times. Each time the service has been terrible. You will be ignored at the counter for approx 5 mins whilst they serve 3 other customers at the drive-through (even though you have bothered to get off your backside and come in). They don't even acknowledge you but deliberately avoid eye contact whilst they are milling about. When they do serve you they act like they have had to stop what they were doing to do you a favour! I have also had to ask them to top my refillable cup up because they give half portions. Its Crap!"

"Unimpressed and disappointed. Ordered take away and after an hour of it not being delivered we called the restaurant and was told our food is ready they are just waiting for a driver. So ofcorse after another 30 mins of waiting, when the food finally arrived it was cold. The curry we ordered was very very dry. Also something very weird and very unprofessional happened the delivery driver asked for a cigarette when he dropped off the food!!!! Whaaat??!!! Unfortunately this was not a very good experience for us!"

"Love my breakfast experiences here. Its my place of choice. Server MARK is usually on hand to seat us, banter with us, sorts my husband out to his delight! And generally takes excellent care of us. He is a breath of fresh air, always happy and cheerful. A jewel in Harvester's crown. Nothing is too much trouble. Am i gushing? Well yes, because he is worth it. Give this man a payrise."

"Gee, this place is well worth travelling 45 minutes each way for. The atmosphere is always perfect because there is a complete spectrum of different ambiences available due to its size. The menu is all good, some very good and the sweets are amazing too. Great choice of drink with a nice bar. The service is extremely good which you’d expect from a good family business. We’ve been to several wakes there to which were a ball. Carverys are an absolute bargain. I qualified for catering and hotel management so I feel justified in my praise. Very easy to get to with very ample bargain to boot."
