"Love this cosy cafe. I occasionally come here for brunch with friends for a catch up. I like the cosy feel in this small but homely cafe. The food is great and the service is always great. People there are very friendly and it’s easy to add or remove things from a dish. We will definitely be returning! "Popped in to try, after reading your reviews. The pub is well situated, good parking, nice views. The staff were polite, friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is lovely, laid back, good music and comfortable lighting. We both decided on the chicken curry, although the menu offered a huge choice. The dishes were well presented, served with a poppadom, onion, and mango chutney. The curry was hot in temperature, and very moreish. We really didn't want to leave. Well done fantastic hospitality. Dietary restrictions: Wide choice available. Parking: Free parking."

"What a brilliant evening. there were many interesting dinge on the special board, but at the end we chose the steak special by woodman and it was absolutely delicious. the steak was nicely cooked and so tender that it melted almost in the mouth. it was served on a hill of mushrooms and new potatoes with a delicious beside salad. the service was great, and the amaretto tiramisu finished the meal a tasty bite"

"Mothers day dinner, greeted at the bar by a friendly member of staff who showed us too our table. Drinks ordered and served immediately and given time to choose what to eat. Food arrived just in time and was served hot, and fresh. Pudding was a little dissapointment, all of us chose a brownie and the adult portion size was no different to the childrens, yet the price was £3 more for adults, with only an extra scoop of ice cream (menu showed £1.50 per scoop) so felt a bit ripped off with that. All in all though we'd definitely return, the bar lady even brought some fresh daffodils as a gift for mother's day, and the waitress brought my son some milk as he thought he'd like to try a Jalapeño off my Cajun Chicken Breast ."

"I visited the White Hart on Wednesday 6th September as a visitor to the Island we had been recommended to go here on arrival we were asked if we'd booked not realising how popular it was we hadn't but the lovely barman John said if waited 15 mins he was sure he could find us a table we had a drink while waiting and 20 mins later were sitting at a table the service we received was fantastic the staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was superb well done to everyone who works there you deserve much more praise you get 6 stars from me."
