"The decor is awesome and I'm French, so I really wanted to love this apres-ski experience. Unfortunately, food took forever to arrive (though couple who arrived just before us got served pretty quickly and the couple who arrived minutes after us got theirs at...the same time as us). The table next to us also took ages to get served even though they all had roast, which you'd usual expect for most of it to be pretty much ready to serve before service starts. When we got served, what was meant to be the vegan polenta chips was actually the veggie version with goat's cheese. Chef's mistake apparently. I ate it anyway as didn't want it to go to waste. They offered free drinks to apologise. My partner's lamb roast was over cooked and very fatty. Red cabbage was really good but the rest was just ok. We won't come back, shame, as it's got potential."

"I popped in for a bite. I chose their fish pie at £25.95. and a lemonade. I was alone in the restaurant and it was lovely. The fish pie came served on a wooden plate with dishes. I've never been a lover of wooden plates, but that's just my taste. I am very aware of the price of fish as I work with fishermen. However, I felt it was overpriced. If you're looking for delicious food and money is not an issue then go here. I felt £33.95 for a lemonade and a small portion was a lot and a service charge I didn't expect."

"Lovely spot! They made such a good effort to get us in at the last minute. We had our dog with us, and they accommodated him really well (as he is quite long being a greyhound). Food was exceptional too- loved the croquetas and the cheesecake!"

"Just collected fish and chips for 2 and unwrapped the meal to find this excuse of a fish supper. I picked up the battered fish and it was so light. So I removed all the batter to find the fish and it was virtually nothing at all, this is not £3.50 worth of battered fish. The chips were swimming in grease and my poor wife was sick in the bathroom because of so much oil. Now we have had fish and chips all over the UK, and abroad and without doubt this is the worst ever, we will never return."
