"My view of this particular eaterie is only enhanced with every visit. No doubt in my mind (for what it’s worth! that this is one of the finest Indian restaurants in Yorkshire..if not the finest…and it’s not just South Asian dishes that you can find here…it does some popular lines in Mongolian, Burmese and Cambodian as well as other cuisines. There’s a depth to the taste that suggests that Sid’s chefs really do know what they are doing… and each dish uses only the freshest ingredients, often as garnish, which only adds to the character and crunch of each of the many dishes I’ve tasted on my many visits there. You rarely find those new dimensions in taste and flavour. Those moments need to be cherished and Curry Corner provides more than its fair share of them. Always a treat!!"

"The food is amazing absolutely delicious if that was all the rating would be star. But the service is absolutely rubbish. When you phone for a takeaway you have to repeatedly keep phoning. When they answer you’re asked to wait for a while whilst listening to noisy background noise, it’s usually you’re sat waiting. When the person comes back to the phone they never ever know the specials, so you have to sit and wait another few minutes whilst they yell asking what they are down the phone. After this you’re asked to wait again whilst the person yells out your order down your ear hole to the kitchen, you’re then told a time. When you show up at that time guaranteed to be stood outside waiting for at least minutes as it is NEVER and I repeat NEVER ready on time. The food it absolutely fantastic! But the organisation, the communication and the timing is absolutely horrendous it spoils a nice evening as by the time you’ve waited and been messed around for so long it just puts you into a bad mood."
