"Wow! We popped in last minute for dinner and my husband and I were blown away. A fantastic menu with a stunning variety of dishes, each was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. "What a little gem of a place overlooking Ridgegate Reservoir, Macclesfield. Warm, inviting, super friendly. We turned up ad hoc and starving. John the landlord couldn't have been more accommodating, finding us a table in the dog friendly side of the pub for us and the pooch. Food was awesome (the haddock was more than sizeable with the fish and chips) and the millionaire shortbread cheesecake and ice cream was to die for. Great atmosphere to boot.
