"Disgusting customer service by one of the young girls that work here had an altercation with staff , she was really rude staring at just our family the whole time whilst paying the first bill she just held the card machine to us not a single word spoken , so i asked how much it was she said “19” … 19 what ?? The attitude was vile i said is that your customer service with every one , “yeh it is and what, it wasnt even your bill so whats your problem” , the food was undercooked the chips were pale , my sisters who both had panini meals are now ill , expensive for absolutely disgusting greasy food the childrens chicken nuggets were undercooked and soaked with grease so much it squeezed on to the plate the toilets were vile and the smell was horrible."

"Staff are nice. Tom was very helpful and cleaner was so nice and helpful. rooms are clean and dinner very fresh. hotel very central. new owners have taken hot breakfast off the menu so that was disappointing and wasnt much choice for dinners but food i did have was nice. rooms could do with being upgraded and redecorated. showers were awful and need replaced. however for reason i was there it done the job."

"Today we had a post-war party at just be and everyone was blown away from the event, eating and service! we had several people with different food allergies, and they became for and had several possibilities of food. the food was wonderful and beautifully presented. the staff was polite and made us feel so relaxed. they would recommend us so much and thank you for making our afternoon so relaxed and pleasant."

"Was our 1st time at coming on Sunday food was excellent staff were great we were a family of 6 the only down side was the wait for our desert which I can't under stand why as it was not to busy at the time we were in but would definitely recommend and will be back in the near future"

"The people were nice, the cafe was clean, however the dirty dishes were on show for everyone to see on a side table. The food, looking around us I wondered why everyone was ordering fish and chips, we decided to order macaroni and chips, the chips were nice, but the macaroni cheese was tinned, it tasted tinned, I couldn't belive we paid £8.00 for tinned macaroni cheese with sprinkling of real cheese and chips. We expected home made macaroni and cheese for the price. I don't think we will come back here for a sit in meal in future. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10"
