"Visiting Holme with Uni friends. We met in 1976, callow youths with the desire to be teachers. We get together every now and again. We chose to visit the White Horse and were treated like old friends. The staff were excellent, friendly, funny and very accommodating. It was so good we came back for a second evening. The food was very good. I had the mussels which reminded me of holidays in France. Best joke of the week was to be served three mussels for dessert as I had not opted for one and the waitress decided (I hope) that I shouldn't miss out. All in all a great time. Thank you for making our reunion special."

"After our last Fishaster in Hunstanton we thought we would give an out of the way Chippy a go. We were greeted by a friendly cheerful young Man, Svy (Please forgive Spelling Our Cod was cooked fresh to order and was served golden and crispy in a very tasty Batter on a bed of the best Chips I have had in a long time, he was happy to cater to my CDO of the Salt going on first (CDO is like OCD but in Alphabetical Order, AS IT SHOULD BE!!!! and the order was well wrapped so it was still piping hot when we got back to the Caravan, this is our new Go To Chip shop in Sunny Hunny!"
