"Went here for a birthday meal, nobody else was in the restaurant, it was FREEZING COLD, as soon as we got there they plugged in a budget heater next to our table. Why is the place not warm before table bookers arrive? We ordered chicken...tikka balti, the chicken breast had vein bits in it where it had not been prepared properly. The curry sauce just tasted like gravy and the nan bread was so tough it took serious strength to tear a bit off. When we mentioned these things to the manager we were just argued with, he is very defensive and under serious delusion about how awful this food and experience was. we waited over an hour for our food too, it was horrible."
