"Ordered a takeaway over the phone, we were told it would be ready in 40 minutes. My husband went inside to pay and was told it wasn’t ready yet. He waited outside as he had the dog with him and an employee came back out about 20 minutes later to say he hadn’t forgotten about him but it will be another 10 minutes, no apology. Another 20 minutes and we got the food, again, no apology. Really really poor service, if they had said on the phone that it was going to be that much later it would have been fine or even let my husband know when he first got there the lack of apology was the most disappointing."
