"Had a lovely meal at the Creel whilst on holiday in Dunbar. Food did not disappoint although portions looked small, they were more than enough. I do not eat fish and only one meat main course was available. It was absolutely delicious but to revisit I would need a wider choice. Service and food was excellent. It is not cheap, but it certainly is worth a visit."

"Nice pub, great atmosphere and welcoming locals. A fire on to sit beside and good selection of beer. Clean loos too. There’s a snug inside the front door that would be great for a session."
What User doesn't like about Volunteer Arms: Went to volunteer arms for food. Black pudding sausage stories portion could not have been any smaller, if there was any black pudding in it I couldn't taste it. Overall very very disappointing. Fish pie was more like fish soup, but it did have a reasonable amount of fish, vegetables consisted of 2 small florets of broccoli, 1 small desert spoon of turnip and 4 green beans. What User doesn't like about Dunbar Garden Centre Restaurant: Nice inside and the cakes looked lovely, although we didn't try them. I ordered a cheese and chutney sandwich which was ok but not worth the £8 I paid for it. My partner had a milkshake which was awful and tasted powdery. It's a nice place for a stop off but it seemed over priced for the quality of the food. Would I visit again? Maybe if I needed a stop off but I wouldn't get anything apart from a drink. read more.

What User likes about Boardside Cafe: Fox lake has great activities for all the family, we however just went for lunch and were very happy with the choice and quality of fare whilst being entertained by people enjoying themselves on the water. Plenty tables and seats both inside and out. read more.

"Second time, we had waited a 2.5 hours for the delivery, if we had known we could have gathered. they say on the app on the way and when they say on the phone that it has left when it does not. order 7.15 clock, not yet here at 9.45 clock and it is too late to eat now. that's nice when you ever get it."
What User doesn't like about Shapla Tandoori: the first and last time. in corma was dry and hard, little to without taste, and pakora was soggy mush. money was was wasted. family even thought it was a fakeaway with me, microwave pakora and curry bought. only good (ish) was the delivery time for Saturday night (although still good over an hour) they avoid. better with a microwave. read more.
