"Sadly the breakfast was not as a reminder, the service was slow, my coffee order was forgotten about and I had to remind them after 15 minutes that I was still waiting for a latte, the food wasn’t that fresh and I picked up a piece of toast from the basket that had mould on the side, serving the crusts of bread for the French toast also.
