"Cherrytree is under new management so we went to try the Sunday lunch carvery Excellent food, they served lovely thick slices of beef or pork, plenty of choice of veg with proper mashed potatoes stuffing and roast parsnips, will certainly be going again."

"The greeting we received was beautiful and continued. we had a common starter to start with which freshly cooked and very tasty especially the kebab. for the main had my man fish and chips with sampi, which was very well cooked. I myself had the hühnerburger, who was very tasty, the chips beautiful and crispy. the beer of the abbot was well kept and well tasted. highly recommended."

"The food here is excellent, one of the best chip shops I have ever been in. But, poorly run, and unprofessional to young staff. Also, seems now to be closed more days than it's open? Maybe they can't get any staff?"

"Have passed this place often, but decided to visit today for lunch what a surprise. First, the place was bursting we hadn't booked but realised we should have. However, the staff found us a spot sharing a table. Second, the menu was very varied I had a venison burger, which was delicious, and my brother had lasagne, also very tasty. People on the next table had afternoon tea, which comprised mountains of cakes, savouries and scones, so a return visit is a must. All in all, a fabulous experience."
