"Avant tout, il faut corriger une erreur :Le Domaine est un restaurant de Wignehies, pas d'Avesnes !!!Maintenant que chacun sait où il se situe, chacun doit savoir comme on y mange bien !Ouvert six jours sur sept, c'est sans doute au Domaine que mes amis et moi nous retrouvons le plus souvent pour partager un repas ... C'est un peu devenu notre cantine !Et dans ce terme, rien de péjoratif !!! Car c'est une cantine de premier choix !Si ce restaurant ne paye pas de mine, en plus du plat du jour, la carte est vraiment sympa! Tout comme le propriétaire qui assure le service (il a une formation de sommelier et propose une carte des vins avec une gamme de crus variés ... ainsi que les bons conseils qui vont avec ... ce qui est rare dans un petit resto de village !)C'est du frais, du local, du fait-maison ...On a déjà vu le livreur apporter les cagettes de légumes frais ! Et ce sont ces mêmes légumes que j'aime retrouver dans mon assiette !A chaque fois, je me régale ! Que ce soit avec MA formule personnalisée (pommes de terre grenailles sautées, salade, haricots verts, tartelette moutarde-tomates) ou avec MA pizza poivrons-tomates, fine et croustillante ... Et les non-végétariens ont bien l'air de se régaler tout autant que moi !Le Picon-vin blanc de l'apéro est une tuerie ... La brioche façon pain perdu l'est tout autant ! Et si j'insiste, le cuistot me prépare un crumble aux pommes rien que pour moi !Le seul hic, c'est que le proprio est un inconditionnel des Côtes du Rhône et pour moi qui suis ''Bordeaux! Bordeaux!'', le choix des vins ne se fait jamais sans d'âpres conciliabules !Le Domaine, c'est un resto un peu ''confidentiel''... Il a sa clientèle d'habitués ... Mais puisse chacun s'y attabler sans prétention afin de grossir les rangs des inconditionnels !"
