"After a fantastic meal on our first night followed by a disappointing meal on night two we followed the advice of our hotel for our final night in Saumur who booked us here. No nonsense family restaurant located centrally, we sat in the conservatory area at the front. Had a seafood starter which was great value at only €10 followed by an excellent steak burger. Good choice of wine with a local 50cl carafe of white finding favour. Every table was taken and hard working friendly staff did a good job, it wasn’t Michelin standard but was friendly good value and wholesome."
