The decor is simple and the atmosphere is noisy, with people talking loudly to try...to be overheard over the television, which is always on. Service is quick and friendly but don't expect anyone to speak any foreign languages. It is either Galego, Spanish, or Portuguese. The octopus is delicious and can either be dulce or picante The spicy option is not very spicy so is a good option. The chopped octopus is bathed in olive oil and bread can be used to soak up the delicious oil. Wine is generic and customers pay for how much they drink. A salad to go with the meal is recommended and is loaded with tuna, red peppers, and asparagus. Prices are very reasonable, but a receipt is never presented. The prices are calculated by looking at what has been consumed. I have never seen a receipt given in many years of coming here, although I must admit I have never asked for one. Despite this, I would recommend this simple place if you want to eat delicious octopus."
