"Reservierung 14:00 - kaum andere Gäste. Teilweise Speisen da, bevor alle Getränke da sind. Kellner & Kellnerin überfordert. Keine Organisation. Keine Menagen auf den Tischen .Speise vor dem Getränk - Salat 7 min mach Hauptgang - statt grünem Salat, gemischter Salat - teile des Salates sind am unteren Tellerrand aufzufinden. Tellerrand nicht sauber.Kellnerin ruft durch den Raum, wem welche Getränke und welches Essen gehört und ob alle was zu essen haben. Bei Nachfrage nach Getränk, wurde erst behauptet, dass es nicht bestellt wurde und dann bemängelt, dass man später nachbestellt hatte.Als das Getränk dann kam, kamen 2 Gläser und 2/4 Wein statt dem einem, welches bestellt wurde. Kellner hat sich jedoch sehr freundlich entschuldigt!45 MINUTEN FÜR EINEN KAFFEE!!!Kein Licht am WC - wurde nach Reklamation aufgedreht. Allerdings auch nicht sehr sauber.Pfifferlinge in Rahm sehr gut.Bauernschnitzel in Ordnung.Wiener Schnitzel nicht wie in der Karte angegeben mit Petersilienerdäpfeln und Preiselbeeren, sondern mit Pommes frites und Ketchup und versalzen.Camembert war kalt ohne Preiselbeeren. Leber nur lauwarm und falsch zubereitet. Nicht gefragt, ob das Essen gut war - Kellnerin weißt an, dass sich alle setzen müssen. Syrischer Kellner verdient großes Lob. Gibt sich sehr viel Mühe - Kellnerin total unkoordiniert und unfreundlich. Den Gästen zu sagen, dass man schwimmt und während der Zahlung eine 'Pause' zu machen, ist unzumutbar. Keine Allergene in der Speisekarte. Wenn das Restaurant eine Gruppe mit Vorreservierung nicht schafft, dann sollte man diese nicht annehmen! Kellnerin hat sich zum Schluss noch für das Chaos entschuldigt. Definitiv der erste und auch letzte Besuch!"
