"Um uns vor einem Konzert im gegenüberliegenden Hamme-Forum etwas zu stärken, haben wir das Landhaus aufgesucht. Obwohl viele Plätze frei waren, war es ein Problem einen Tisch für 2 Personen bereit zu stellen. Begründet wurde dieses mit Reservierungen an diesem Tag. Nachdem wir dann doch noch den vermeintlich "letzten Tisch" bekommen haben und es sehr warm in den Räumen war, gab es erst einmal einen strengen Rüffel der Bedienung, da ich es gewagt hatte ohne ihre Genehmigung ein Fenster zu öffnen. Ich hätte ja vorher einmal fragen können, war ihr Kommentar. So etwas kann m. E. nach auch anders, in diesem Fall freundlicher geregelt werden. Ansonsten war das Essen sehr lecker und empfehlenswert. Beim Service sehe ich allerdings noch Nachholbedarf. Auch die Reservierungsplanung sollte einmal überdacht werden, da es während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht wesenlich voller geworden ist und locker anderen, nach uns eingetroffenen Gästen ohne Reservierung, ein Platz hätte angeboten werden können. Eine Ansage wie "Ab xx Uhr ist dieser Tisch reserviert, bis dahin müsste der Tisch wieder frei sein" hätte m. E. nach ausgereicht. Fazit: Leckeres Essen, aber ausbaufähiger Service!"
