"On the way back home we were hungry and we decided to return to the next inn near B98/B97. The White Ross should be. Just one piece along the street you will find enough parking spaces and in the inn we received a pleasant atmosphere. We chose the table next to the mural with a convent motif, with which we were able to expel time a little. The host burns for his profession, a good sign, so the service was also very friendly and competent. Our food was freshly prepared, fish and meat were cooked to the point, more you cannot wish. The menu offers a kind of fusion cuisine from traditional Saxon dishes with a clear Mediterranean impact, a quite extraordinary idea that is implemented throughout except for the regional classics such as the table top with horseradish sauce (which would be topping up with Mediterranean elements would be almost a sacrilege) and so interesting dishes. This is definitely a unique feature in the whole region. For our next visit to Königsbrück we have already noted the White Ross, there are still some dishes on the map that want to be sampled."

"General: For dinner we had chosen the Hotel Stadt Königsbrück in Königsbrück. Very pleasant ambience. Through the old stones and the hidden mirrors you come as if you were sitting in an old vault cellar. A rich map with many appetizers, vegetarians, fish (the cook comes from Binz from the Baltic Sea) and naturally meat dishes. Wild is also available. Prices are slightly higher, but the quality of food is also top. We took the normal part and didn't make it. There are also smaller shares that are also reduced in price. But there was also an appetizer for those who were served not on a small terrarine, but on a normal big lunch. It would have been enough. The service was friendly and fixed. We like to come back here. Operation: friendly, accommodating and flott. 1a! Food: As an appetizer 2x Solianka, a wild soup and a fish soup. Everything freshly cooked, very much and really delicious. Especially the fish soup was a mess. As main dishes there were salmon on band noodles with spinach, Schnitzel Zigeuner Art (before:sharf), Schnitzelpfanne Hotel Stadt Königsbrück and an onion carving. The portions were huge, freshly prepared and delicious. As dessert for later hours, there are ice creams with hot cherries (with cinnamon monoma, after Christmas) and Red Grütze with ice cream. This again very nicely dressed and again very large. All in all, this food was top. The ambience: Through the old stones and the hidden mirrors, you come as if you are sitting in an old vault cellar. Very nice. Cleanliness: The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the soap was on the toilet, and since it didn't look like a day. Too bad."
