Only the uncracked bacon shredded over the beans my wife, but she's not the big bacon eater... Hopefully, the fish I ordered could stay there: Fresh salmon trout from the Emsquellaue under the horse crust on cucumber vegetables in Dillrahm sauce salmon trout has nothing to do with salmon for information for the non-angler, but is a sign that receives the red colour of salmon with certain feed additives. With an espresso we closed our evening at the restaurant Piärdestall. The service worked very well, in the end the young men had to go a long way to the house and it sometimes took some time until they were back with us, but we were not forgotten. The boss gave us the room key at dinner. That worked well. We spent a quiet night in the very large apartment and were served the next day a decent breakfast from Maitre to the table. This was also convincing given the price of EUR 80, including breakfast. So, at the conclusion of our stay in the stable (we are now staying in the high German). Small blood pressure booster at the beginning, but he could be fixed quickly, then we had a nice evening and a good night in the stable. We look forward to a return and recommend the hotel restaurant. The price indicated refers to the restaurant bill."
