"Gaststatte Da Livio is a true Italian restaurant located in Freilassing Germany, close to the Austrian border and just a few steps away from the Freilassing Train Station. Being on vacation we were trying to cram as much stuff to do in one day as...possible. On this night, time was quickly running out and we were very hungry and worried we would not be able to find a place that would serve us food in Freilassing. A few minutes after we walked into Da Livio and were warmly greeted by our server. Da Livio is open until and the kitchen closes at so we were really happy. We heard that they make their noodles in house. I was a bit skeptical because I have been to places before with ``homemade`` pasta and it never tasted any different to me. I ordered tagliatelle with salmon and spinach in a cream sauce. With the first bite I took I could tell that the noodles were homemade and fresh! I had never eaten past that tasted so good and was cooked perfectly. My partner ordered spaghetti with scallops. Spaghetti is his least favorite noodle and he really enjoyed his meal. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating to our needs. I will definitely go back to this restaurant the next time I am in the area because the homemade past is to die for!"

"Had the most lovely dinner here. When we were trying to find it, we thought there can't be a restaurant around here, but there is was. Did have help from our Garmon, too. Wait staff in traditional dress, family owned, table settings were gorgeous, our waiter Daniel sopke english. Myself and my daughter are gluten intolerant and when we told Daniel this he was able to tell us how the chef would prepare our meals without any gluten. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Salzburg who wanted a fine meal. Don't remember the cost of our meals but worth every euro."
