"After a long time again a trip to the Grünhütte, the ultimate pancake experience at the Sommerberg in Bad Wildbad. Especially for those who wonder how to get it best. On the one hand, over the summer mountain railway from the valley in Wildbad der Sommerberg up and then follow the tactical signs. Or drive the summer mountain directly by car (always long and steep) and on the paid parking lot in the Bike Park or Park up a tree path and start the walk from there. The running distance is approx. 4.5 KM only through the forest, but in a quite neat way (sealed) – directly to the Grünhütte by car you cannot. After this beautiful walk through nature you can enjoy something like a yeast wheat and a delicious pancake. Of course there's something for almost everyone. Sometimes there are also acts such as pigshaxe with acidic wort and the like. But there are also the simply bockworst, muzzles, carvings, vesper plate etc. There are also cakes – really big pieces. At the last visit, of course, a pancake with blueberries had to be on the table, as well as beats with potato salad and for our little one bock sausage – which could have been two of the size. The pancake did not fit the extra large plate again, was again very loosely fluffy and the dough simply great. And the blueberries with some sauce and the day was good! If you see the map over 7 euros for a pancake somewhat expensive, but it is worth it, you will be tired – see also the attached picture. As far as I can judge, the mouth pockets are made themselves and therefore do not taste like this unit you get at the supermarket. They are about 2.5-3 cm thick and have a very well matched filling Brät. The dough mass around them is also good. The Bockwurst with 2 slices of bread served our little one completely, there was something left. The sausage was good. A small drop of wormwood at the Grünhütte is that if the weather is good or if you arrive there at noon, you must accept a long queue. The sanitary facilities are somewhat economical, but I think this is the most important statement for the toilets – and they are already clean. You can then be freshly strengthened from the Grünhütte. 1 KM continues to drive to the Hochmoor – it is worth it!"
