"Flavorful authentic Indian food, with good ‘value for money’ ratio. We tried a few dishes. The only 2 comments are: the lamb skewers were not to our taste (won’t order again), and the fried food was too greasy."

"I would probably be a regular guest there, because Irchelpark is a wonderful spot in Zürich. And I tried several times to spend a nice evening there (because of new restaurant owners I expected to get a better service each time... but it's honestly the most unfriendly and unprofessional restaurant I've ever been to! As an expamle: Last time I wanted to spend the Swiss national holiday there with my family. We've made reservations (not only by phone but went there a couple of days before and could even choose a table to reserve But when we arrived on 1st of august our table and ever other table was already taken (we weren't delayed! . That's just a random example out of all the things that went wrong. My advise: dont go there. Take a picknick with you and sit outside in Irchelpark you will enjoy it much more that way."

"Was here with a group of ten people not my first visit. We called ahead to organize a birthday dinner. Service was so unfriendly at one point the restaurant manager came and dictated how many grams of meat we had to order per person and how much we needed to spend per person meanwhile we had many bottles of champagne open as well as wine. Have rarely experienced such a low level of hospitality and such bad value for the price we paid."

"I have been living for 3 years in Zurich and this place was one of my favorites to come with my boyfriend. But for the past few months the service, especially at the front desk became really bad. Just rude hosts. And not willing to listen or help you. It’s sad because the pizza is amazing and some service stuff truly puts their soul into it. I hope they change the attitude of some of the service people. Sad to see a business being getting affected by rude employees."

"The pros: the location, the view, the decor and the fondue. Decent salad starter. The cons: the room can get hot, but our visit in 2019 was cooler than 2018 so as the hut is built each year maybe they have increased the ventilation. The fire was not on when we visited this year so that might explain it. The open red wine is rough. The open white wine is average. Water is a rip-off: we didn’t ask for tap water. We ordered sparkling. You don’t see the bottle, it’s brought in a carafe. It was still. It was probably tap water: okay I’m feeling generous : they may have filtered it but there’s no need to do that in Switzerland. Tap water is wonderful. They charged 9 Francs for the water, I repeat 9 Francs. That’s about £6 in British money. Service was haphazard. One waiter brought fondue to our table. It wasn’t ours. He had NO idea where to take it so went back to the kitchen. Rice was included with the Chinese fondue (meat) but no rice came so we reminded them. Summary: Fondue bread (from Hiestand in Schlieren) is top notch, as is the classic fondue. And it’s a lovely place."

"It is true it is not in Zuri city center but after 5 min train and 2 min bus you are there! The food is simply authentic amazing- my favorite masaman curry and not to forget to try Pim's-spiced up with a bit of Cambodian pepper....un régal! It is wise to book for Saturday night but good to know is that you can call, order and take away with 25% discount. The staff is super friendly. If you like Thai, run there !"
