"Pretty good food for the price. Got fish and chips, chicken fajitas, and Jim 's burger. All was pretty good. Fajitas were awesome. Just wished I had gotten more than 3 tortillas as there was much more filling than could fit in 3 even stuffed to the brim. The 'Better than sex ' cake was pretty darn good. Maybe not fully worthy of the title but close"

"The food is very good, excellent eggs Benedict dishes with hollandaise sauce made fresh daily. If you don't make it it time, you could miss out on the an eggs Benedict dish. No worries, there are many other great choices on the menu. Love the french toast! Service is always great and very friendly staff."

"We dropped into the Brisons Bistro Wednesday evening for their Date Night Special. We met the new Executive Chef Kristopher and his team.. The special of the evening was authentic Butter Chicken made from scratch. Basmati Rice and Nan Bread . It was absolutely fantastic....We came back in Dec. and try his Rib Eye steak which was excellent. The New Menu has changed. Now they have a Rack of smoked ribs. Bison Burger, pasta and other excellent meals. KRISTOPHER IS A 5 STAR EXEC CHEF.. Bravo Bryson's Bistro !!!"

"Was told 40 mins for my food. Came back 45 minutes later and was told another 10 minutes. Came back 15 minutes later and was told they forgot and would start it right away. Waited over an hour and go no food. Ridiculous."

"There are not many restaurants to choose from in Fort Coulonge. We had passed this Café for a few years but never stopped. Today we decided to give it a try and wewere pleasantly surprised. Excellent breakfast with self serve refills on the coffee.Joanne the owner / chef was making home made beef and barley soup for lunch .needless to say we will be back."

"We were travelling on hwy 148 and fell upon this restaurant. What a pleasant surprise. We really liked that the food tasted home made. There was a good selection on the menu too. We found the Servers went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. This is a place I would go back to again. Thank you for reading my post."
