"Brutal experience on a weekly basis. I find it odd that the espresso machine is always broken . As I was told this, there was a staff member making theirself an espresso and consumed immediately. Drinks are always filled 3/4 full, maybe I should start paying you 3/4 of the amount then? Extremely dissatisfiedUpdate: Not even a week later and another brutal experience. They fill your drink not even 3/4 and you ask them to fill it to the top and add ice, which is weird to receive an iced coffee without any??? When you ask them to make it right, they have no interest in making things better. Will not be going back."
