"I’ve struggled with whether to leave a review or not. As someone who typically sucks it up when poor customer service is received, it’s happened far too often at this location to not vocalize.I don’t know what’s shifted in this location in the last three months, but whatever it is, it’s not good.The wait times at the drive through are horrendous. Abysmal! I’ve been left waiting 10 minutes in line with only 4 vehicles in front of me, only to continue to wait another 4 at the window for a coffee. That’s right, One single coffee.Two times now the coffee has been poured and left waiting on the counter with me staring at it. For four minutes. Employees are buzzing around doing lord knows what, but nobody is willing to take payment and hand one their goods. It’s mind boggling.One time I finally tapped on the window after watching someone walk back and forth for four minutes, again with my coffee sitting there on the counter, and the employee was ignorant and obnoxious. Where’s the apology for the wait, where has the customer service gone??I will now gladly drive a few minutes down the road to the overpass location every time to avoid the chaos and hassle of this location.But if you have time to burn and want your coffee served with a dash of resentment then the Penhold location is the place for you!"

"Disappointed in the amount of salads given. I remember a time when Subway loaded your subs salads etc. These days it is the bare minimum. I won't be going there again."

"VERY DANGEROUS RESTAURANT for anyone with deadly food allergies!!!!! I do not recommend this place at all. We went for supper and my hubby had the Dinner for 1. He is deathly allergic to mushrooms! the waitress wrote on the order Mushroom Allergy and no cross contamination at all. He got his order and had a couple bites of the chow mein. His next forkful showed a mushroom. needless to say we found another one in the dish. The waitress was remorseful but the cooks couldn't care less that he may well loose his life because of this. He was able to get his perscription meds for this- epi pen- but was sick for days. To top it off I had the chicken neptune and my chicken was so over cooked I could barely cut it with a steak knife and the sauce has zero flavour. we didn't pay for the meals but under the circumstances that doesn't seem like a deal at all."

"October 2022: Something has changed? Maybe another cook? Anyway, this place has made GREAT pizza, but something has changed. My main complaint is that the pizza is TOO SALTY. Otherwise, the pizza is still pretty good."
