"We were a table of 6 with a reservation on Saturday August 14th and had the worst dining experience in a very long time. The service was completely indifferent to whether we had a positive experience. We were taken to a table on the front...lawn by an unfriendly hostess, dropped 3 menus and was told our server would be right with us. 15ish minutes later a server appeared. Drink orders were taken and the wait for them to arrive began. Once we finally had drinks (25 minutes after our arrival) our orders were placed. 30 minutes after placing our order the server returned to tell us that only one appetizer of deep fried pickles were left and that one of us would have to do without. No offer was made of a substitution. Then she returned after an additional 20 minutes that our other order was taken by another server and given to another table —no appetizers for our group tonight. Finally after 1 hour and 20 minutes after we arrived our main courses began to arrive. This was minutes before we were preparing to stand and leave—wish we had. The classic burger was classic charcoal —there is well done and then there is an embarrassment to serve. The wings were clearly cooked and left under heat lamps, the stacked sandwich was nothing short of something you could have ordered at a Wendy’s or Tim Horton’s and they would have done a better job. It was clearly evident that the server was aware we weren’t happy and avoided our table until it was time for us to pay the bill. Not sure if there is a kitchen or floor manager on duty but clearly they are not in touch with what is happening in their restaurant or they are unaware of what customer service is, OR they are completely indifferent. Would we return—never! Would we recommend this restaurant—never! We will spread the word to stay away—absolutely! Please don’t waste your well earned entertainment dollars here!"
