"Went for dinner last night, we ordered pizza and wings, food came out cold, pizza wasn't fully cooked, waitress disappeared after dripping off food had to go to the bartender about food, they took it away, heated up the pizza so the cheese actually melted, they just out the wings in the fryer again and recoated them. Manager just said sorry about that....."

"What amazing food and it’s all so very fresh, the staff are so clean and friendly with all around smiles.My Autistic son had an extremely great time with all the entertainment on TVs, and being able to pick anything he wanted with reasonable prices!I will be returning for sure with the whole family.Kid-friendliness: Hassan made my son feel super special and gave him such respect with full eye contact and lots of smiles, Thankyou for the delicious slice of cake at the end, my son wants to go back tomorrow for more food heheheWonderful Mommy Son date and treated with so much patience and respect."

"We were in Chestermere for an event and was told that Browns was the place to go for food.Very beautiful outside patio and design inside.We were very pleased by all the great decor.Menu choice were diverse.Staff was able to seat us quickly.Asked what foods were popular and what foods were the biggest portions.Food came out hot and really visually looked delicious. Home made fries were really the best thing I have had forever!!Gravy (cost $3.25) was pretty darn good BUT cost was very expensive!!The burger patty was very dry and the onion ring was warm to cold. Was a disappointment.Also ordered the French dip and the dip itself was better than the gravy. ??Not sure if I would go there again."

"If you happening to pass by another Tims along your commute, skip this one. I'm a frequent customer and this location has only been getting progressively worse. Expect to be stuck in drive-thru for at least 20 minutes. Even if you order ahead with the app you still have to wait about the same. I've never been to a slower Tim Hortons and my typical order is 2 coffees. They never provide sleeves either unless you ask. "I used to buy sub sandwiches from there on regular basis but Subway discounted veggie sausage hot sauces. So I stop going there but after a long time I went to buy a sandwich and one of the staff her name is Ranjit I believe so she still remembered me and even she remembered why I m not going there to buy sandwiches. Such a great personalize customer service and taking care of the customers. Ranjit thank you for making my experience such a memorable."

"I had a classic bacon cheese burger. The staff were very nice and made my burger to order just like I would have had it at home. Also had a poutine and my wife and son had other sandwiches and we were all very happy with our meals. All good, especially the deep fried pickles. 5/5"
