"We went today for a quick lunch. Arrived and ordered two hot dogs and milk shakes. I asked for my hot dog to be totally plain as I cannot eat the toppings. We waited half an hour to be served as it was very busy, we did not mind. They brought two hot dogs both with sauerkraut and toppings, and I said that I could not eat them and had ordered one totally plain. The waitress went back to the chef who sent the hot dog back to me and said this is how it comes! I explained I needed a plain dog as I could not eat the toppings and she took it back. I was told the chef was putting one on the grill for me and it would be five minutes. We waited another half an hour, and then we gave up. I went to the cook and said, I have not had my dog and we were leaving and replied " OH GOOD"! He had not prepared another dog for me and never intended to cook one. If they had told me I had to have the dog with toppings I would have chosen something else like a salad. The cook was extremely rude and I am surprised Marv would put up with this treatment of his customers. Sorry Marv, brilliant milk shakes, terrible service."
