"And once again we had a wonderful evening at the Zeitlos with friends. As always, the welcoming was very friendly. Our prepared table in white set nicely. The menu was, as always, exquisite and special. As starter I had the carpaccio with crayfish and wasabi (HAMMER! and as main course the braised ox cheeks on creamy polenta. The ordered red wine, a recommendation of the owner fit excellently. Thank you for a great guest experience and be back soon!"

"Het is altijd een feestje naar Frankalm te gaan. Ik vind de bediening heel vriendelijk en binnen is het heel gemütlich. Er is een tegeltjeskachel waar je lekker tegenaan kunt zitten. De aangeboden kaart is prima. En de schnaps ook lekker. Het is nog een van de kleine berghutjes die niet jaar na jaar groter is geworden en daarom ouderwets kneuterig. Geen WiFi maar wel gezelligheid!!!"

"Wir (2 Erwartet.+2 Kinder) verbrachten unseren Skiurlaub vom 28.01.17 - 04.02.17 hier als Hausgäste. Zimmer:Anfangs waren wir skeptisch, da es nur Etagen WC/Duschen gibt, wurden jedoch positiv überrascht. Die Zimmer als auch die sanitären Räumlichkeiten waren jederzeit sehr sauber und ordentlich.Wir empfehlen (wenn man Kinder hat oder Ruhe haben möchte) die Zimmer nach hinten, da es während der Nachtskitage (Mi-Sa) vorn schon etwas lauter sein kann.Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Top-Ausblick auf und über die Berge inklusive :-)Verpflegung:Da wir Hausgäste waren, wurden wir morgens und abends versorgt. Mittag aßen wir jedoch auch hier, da die Qualität und das Preisleistungs-Verhältnis sehr in Ordnung sind!Das Frühstück war völlig ausreichend, Wurst- und Käseplatten, Rühr- und Kochei, Brötchen (hell/dunkel), Cornflakes (3 Sorten).Zum Frühstück hätten wir uns zusätzlich Obst gewünscht, das gehört heutzutage dazu denken wir.Highligt >> egal ob normaler Kaffee, Latte Macchiato, Cappuccino oder Kakao, alles super frisch und lecker.Mittagessen:Mittags aßen wir a la carte, querbeet :-) alle Gerichte sehr gut und frisch zubereitet.Besonders hat uns der Kaiserschmarren und die Ripperl gefallen.Die Portionen sind riesig! :-)Abendessen:Beim Abendessen gab es ein 3-Gang Menü, mit Suppe, Hauptgericht und Desert. Alles prima und nicht schiffbare Mengen (wir sind gute Esser) ;-)Personal:Bem Personal gibt es - bis auf 2 Personen - nichts auszusetzen, jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. absolut Klasse!Rainer A. (Chef) und Frau sind immer für ihre Gäste da. Super freundlich und nett!Zu den 2 Personen, bei denen wir nicht zufrieden waren, muss an dieser Stelle auch etwas gesagt werden, da uns diese während des gesamten Aufenthalt "genervt" haben. Es hat u. E. also nix mit einem "schlechten Tag" zu tun, viel mehr ist es vielleicht der falsche Job.1) Die Dame in der Apresski-Bar (Raucherbereich) (hat auch nur hier gearbeitet) >> völlig demotiviert und desinteressiert, dazu sehr langsam, keine (nicht mal aufgesetzte) Freundlichkeit.Absolut abschreckend und geschäftsschädigend (wir haben mit mehreren Personen an mehreren Tagen getestet, sind also in der Lage, dies so beurteilen zu können).2) Ein Herr im Restaurant (groß, dunkle Haare) >> unfreundlich und fast schon patzig, keine Ahnung vom Kellnern, übergeht Fragen des Gastes, unmotiviert, vergesslich.Wenn etwas schief ging, keinerlei Entschuldigung.So, das musste gesagt werden! Bitte als konstruktive Kritik verstehen, da es ansonsten wirklich nichts auszusetzen gab.Danke für Eure Gastfreundschaft, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.:-)"
